TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GROUP COURSES

• Courses don’t take place during school holidays and public holidays. 

• Lessons cancelled due to public holidays or teacher’s absence will be deducted from the price. 

• Lessons that cannot be attended will not be refunded (short-term illness, days-off, holidays outside the official school holidays etc.). In case of planned or unplanned long-term absence, please contact the teacher. Doctor’s certificate will be required for long-term illnesses.

One-to-one lessons

Please note that if the lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before its start time (Monday's lessons must be cancelled the previous Friday by 5:00 p.m.), it will be charged to the client as a taught lesson.
