TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GROUP COURSES

Courses don’t take place during school holidays and public holidays.

Lessons cancelled due to public holidays or teacher’s absence will be deducted from the price.

Lessons that cannot be attended will not be refunded (short-term illness, days-off, holidays outside the official school holidays etc.). In case of planned or unplanned long-term absence, please contact the teacher. Doctor’s certificate will be required for long-term illnesses.
One-to-one lessons
Please note that if the lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before its start time (Monday's lessons must be cancelled the previous Friday by 5:00 p.m.), it will be charged to the client as a taught lesson.
